With partial planning, you have likely chosen your venue and locked in the date, but may not be sure what to do next.

This is where we come in and provide wedding planning consultation services to keep you on track and seamlessly take over your remaining planning needs.

The first steps include reviewing and developing the budget based on what has already been spent. From there, we move directly into vendor sourcing. Tapping into my trusted network of vendors, and sometimes reaching outside the network, we work together to curate your rockstar wedding team.

Once your date is officially reserved, we'll send over a few goodies to help you prepare for the big day. We're happy to serve as a resource for vendor recommendations, timeline guidance and more!

Sessions can take place anywhere from immediately following a proposal to just a few days before the wedding. We’ve found that there isn’t a “good” or “bad” time to take your photos. 

Engagement Session

We check in about two months before the wedding to start chatting about timeline specifics, special details, family formal shot lists, special traditions and anything else we should know about your big day.

Wedding Day Prep

It's finally here! The day the two of you say "I Do" and dance the night away surrounded by your family and friends. Just know we're excited to celebrate and capture your wedding day. It's going to be awesome

The Big Day

You can expect your photos to be delivered via an online gallery within about three weeks of your wedding. At that time, we'll also send over details about preserving your images through prints and albums.

Yes, we do! I have a large network of trusted vendors that we prefer to work with, however we are always open to working with vendors of your choosing as long as they are a licensed business. 


Do you have a network of preferred vendors?


We typically add travel fees on to any wedding outside of a 50 mile radius from our home base in New York, NY. Travel fees for weddings in Florida are based from our home base in Fort Lauderdale. Fees vary depending on location so ask us for more details.


When do you charge travel fees for weddings?


This varies based on where we are in the planning process, but typically we have a standing planning call every two weeks to review all of the pending action items as well as things to come.

There may be times where we skip a call, or take a month off, but generally we are talking A LOT!


How often will we communicate? 


Amazing! To reserve your wedding date, we start by setting up an initial consultation to better understand your planning needs. Based on our conversation, you will receive a custom proposal outlining our pricing and services. A deposit will be required to begin working with the remaining payments spread out across two specific dates, one mid-way through the planning and another closer to the wedding day.
